Refund policy

At Equine Eye Supply we take great pride in providing our customers with excellent customer service. We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee refund of your purchase price if you are not satisfied with your purchased product. To receive a full refund (less shipping) on the Medical Protective Mask or Eye Shield it must be in NEW/Unused condition, and received within 14 days.  Upon receipt and inspection, we will credit your original form of payment. Shipping charges back to Equine Eye Supply will be the responsibility of the buyer unless a product was shipped in error. Additionally, a 20% cleaning fee will be assessed on all authorized returns for the Medical Protective Mask and Eye Shield if returned dirty. Buyer may request back any authorized return because it didn't meet the NEW/Unused condition requirement. Return shipping to Buyer would be at their own expense.
